SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied for any reason by the cleaning service provided, notification must be given to Prime Home Cleaners by email or phone within 24 hours of the service concerned. Following the notification Prime Home Cleaners will dispatch a team to reclean the areas of concern without charge. Recleans must occur within 7 days of the last service. Following this reclean, if you are unsatisfied, Prime Home Cleaners may refund, at its discretion, up to the entire service cost.
BREAKING AND LOSS POLICY
Where there has been any breakage, damage, or loss, you must inform Prime Home Cleaners within 24 hours of the service. Please contact Prime Home Cleaners by email on info@primehomecleaners.com.au, detailing your concern. For breakages and damages, please attach a photo of the incident in the email.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your service, you must do so 24 hours prior to the acknowledged service time by contacting Prime Home Cleaners and informing them of your decision by email or phone. If notification of cancellation is provided within 24 hours of the booked service, a fee of up to 35% of the booking total will be charged, with a minimum cancellation fee of $35.
LOCKOUTS
If, for any reason, the cleaner is unable to access your home at the scheduled time and date, a fee up to of 35% of the booking total, with a minimum fee of $35 will be charged.
HOARDING AND HAZARDOUS CONDITION POLICY
For the health and safety of our cleaners, they are under no obligation to fulfil the clean if your property is considered a hazardous cleaning situation, is beyond the normal cleaning conditions, or poses danger to the health and safety of our cleaners. In such a case, you will be charged with a $35 booking fee for the confirmed booking appointment in our schedule.
